The Narendra Modi-led fascist Indian government in another anti-Kashmiri move has imposed a ban on granting government jobs to the people affiliated with the ongoing freedom movement in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

The announcement to this effect was made by the Indian Union Home Minister, Amit Shah, in Rajya Sabha, the Upper House of Indian Parliament.

As per Amit Shah those Kashmiris who are facing false cases under the charges of stone pelting and affiliation with the pro-freedom activities will not get government jobs in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

Replying to the discussion on J&K Reservation (Amendment) Bill and J&K Re-organisation Bill 2023, in the Rajya Sabha, he said there will be no sympathy with freedom activists and their sympathisers.

It is to be mentioned here that the Indian Lok Sabha on Wednesday passed these bills to dilute the Muslim majority representation in the so-called Assembly and open the door on outsiders for appointments in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill is designed to increase three seats for non-Muslims in the name of Kashmiri migrant Pandits and displaced Hindus and Sikhs from Azad Kashmir. The Jammu and Kashmir Reservation (Amendment) Bill is aimed “to redefine the category of individuals eligible for reservation in appointments and admissions”.
