The Modi regime is even using its judiciary as a tool to further its ulterior motives in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

According to a report released by Kashmir Media Service, today, the move of the Modi regime to host Indian judges’ conference in Srinagar yet another attempt to mislead the world about IIOJK’s ground situation

It said India has no moral justification to hold judges’ conferences in the occupied territory, adding Indian judiciary bypasses all the principles of law and justice when it comes to convicting Kashmiris.

The report said Indian judges are always siding with the Modi govt whenever any case related to IIOJK Muslims comes before it. India is misusing the judiciary in the outrageous execution of political vendetta against the incarcerated Hurriyat leaders, it added.

It lamented that the biased Indian judiciary has never provided justice to the Kashmiri people as despite evidence, not a single Indian forces’ personnel has been punished for committing heinous crimes against IIOJK people. Hundreds of cases relating to Indian troops’ involvement in heinous crimes against Kashmiris have been pending in Indian courts for years, it added.

The report said the Modi regime and its judiciary are shielding groups sympathetic to its Hindu-nationalist agenda and demanded of the United Nations to take notice of violation of Kashmiris’ right to self-determination
