Remains of Priyantha Kumara reach Colombo

COLOMBO : The remains of Diyawadanage Don Nandasiri Priyantha Kumara, brought to Sri Lanka on a special SriLankan Airlines Flight from Lahore on Monday evening.December 6  by UL flight No 186.

The remains were received by the Brother-in-Law of the deceased at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) while Acting High Commissioner of Pakistan in Colombo along with High Commission Officials, Tharaka Balasuriya, SL State Minister for Regional Coop & Officials from MOFA SL were also present at the BIA.

The remains of Priyantha Kumara have been brought back to Sri Lanka following a speedy procedure ensured by the Pakistani Government maintaining close coordination with the Sri Lankan High Commission in Islamabad and the Government of Sri Lanka.
